Doraemon World 2012

I was back in my university for a 4 days Food Safety course organized by the Ministry of Health during Chinese New Year. I was glad to meet up my friends and my coursemates. We talk, we gossip, we joke, we walk to the campus, we go for outing, we eat at the restaurants we often dine in, we shop at the malls we used to go……like the old time. At one moment, I thought I was one of the anak KT..hahaha.

Went to Genting Highland last few days for a short breakaway with my family.

Received my thesis draft posted from university before I was about to depart…the very RAJIN me bring along the documents and notebook up to the mountain…. Do correction in the hotel room with cold air and mist surrounding me…

Actually I went there for the Doraemon World 2012.

First, we all were “shrunken” and went to see the comic.

Then took the Dokodemo door to Nobita’s and Suneo’s house… hahaha!

The Time Travelling Machine!!

Meet the others in the Doraemon Town.

The tools I want the most. The memory bread will make me remember on whatever I slap on it…can feed my stomach too :) and I can go to anywhere I like through this Dokodemo door…YOOHOO!!

Doraemon was actually in yellow color. One day when he woke up, he found that his ear was bite by rats. Then he was too afraid and sad. Then he turned into blue....color. Hahaha~

The mascots performed and the first 30 family can went on the stage to take photo with them. Yay!

Besides a limited edition touch-n-go card which came together with the entrance ticket, I also bought a limited edition tee! Don’t know why no blue color, but since Doraemon was yellow before he lost his ears, so I bought the yellow one! Cute isn’t it?

Hohohoho :) Good February.

a sweet escape

Before I begin blogging, just to assure all of you that I'm doing pretty fine, life's as usual, live like an ordinary student. I’ve learned the way to be happier.

- Never put too much expectation in life, so that you won’t get disappointed.-

ZhangHuilyn, 2011.

Did I mention earlier I’m supposed to be busy for these weeks?!!

Sometimes, when you feel tension and sick with all the hell things around you, the best way to distress is...a sweet escape!

Haha, don’t shoot me! I know that’s actually an excuse to go have fun~

It’s all started off during laboratory when Cien spontaneously suggested to go Genting. I was lucky to join them as it’s actually their family trip which involves only housemates.

Days before we depart, assignments, tasks and reports snowballing and we just ignored. A little bit too wild, isn’t it?

We went town by van, went KL by bus, went Genting by bus and skyway, went back to KL by bus, went to Putra by train, went back to KT by bus, and went home by taxis. See…transportation was not a matter at all when you really want it!

If you followed my blog, you will know I always go Genting. It’s like my villa where I’ll be there when it’s holiday! But I seldom went to outdoor them park, and never enter with FRIENDS before. Hence, outdoor theme park was the first intention in mind and it’s our first destination!

We went for speeding flying coaster and cyclone…we went for easy flying jumbo, merry go round, pirate train and flying dragon.

We went to Dinasourland

and I got my riding partner…to fight with enemy like AVATAR!

And finally I got myself in Spaceshot and Corkscrew!!! Wow...thrilling fantastic!!

We also had fun in the Beryl’s chocolate house. It’s very colorful and nice. I love all the settings and interior of the place!! :)

Hehe...strawberry picked strawberry!

Here are the most enjoyable parts!!

We ride the pirate ship for thrice! oMg~ I was a little dizzy and I can feel the “mee-suah” I ate for lunch was swaying in my stomach and flowing back to esophagus.

Another exciting game is the Flume Ride.

I was in the same boat with another two guys. I was totally wet~ the water came in from everywhere when we rushed down the flume. Wet…wet…wet!! Blame the guys larrr, our total weight was too heavy already! End up with drying myself with hand dryer in the toilet.

Ok, after that we were all tired and went for dinner.

Haha, my grilled chicken chop! I grilled it by myself~ yay

Then we headed for a movie. Tian Tian Hao Tian. I’m sorry to say, I fell asleep! Hehe, it’s my problem. It’s not my favourite type!

Enjoyed my Baskin Robbin ice-cream while watching the movie.

Stayed in First World Hotel, price was reasonably cheap, small but still comfortable for 9 of us to squeeze in (Feel like a family maaa…) played a brain-cells-killing game named The Killer!! I can only act to be a killer, but I can’t detect who is the killer! I’m very poor in analysis. I’m so clueless~ it was quite fun doing such activities in the hotel room. Midnight went night-walks, let the chilling wind blows, chatting, joking, enjoyed our stay! Great!

The next day we went casino. Whoa, some of them were asked to show IC. Haha…wonder why!? Then we went indoor theme park.

The most wanted game for me to play is ANGER EXPLOTION! I love this game very very very very very much, BEST GAME ever! although it hurts my palms, but it’s totally a superb fun game! I wish I could have one in my house! I’ll hit the table, and even flip the table when I CAN’T STAND ANYMORE!!!!!!!! You gotta try it

We got key chains and stickers by redeemed tickets! All of us stick the stickers on face and walked around until we reached in KL.

I saw people looking at us with weird face, but who cares…blablabla…sometimes we need to be a little insane and do something special to cheer our days! Agree?!

Leaving the paradise is kind of sad. cause gonna return to the place where give me much pressure and hectic life. It’s like drop to hell from heaven. Isabelle was worse, she had a nightmare in the bus, about her supervisor!

Though I’m so familiar with this place, but this trip is definitely an enjoyable one! I enjoyed the days very much. It’s been years I never had so much laughter with bunch of friends, did funny things together in a place where nobody knows us.

Appreciate it! Yay... I’m looking forward to another trip!!!!

Chin Swee Caves Temple @ Genting Highlands

On the way driving down from Genting Highlands, we went to this scenic place, The Chin Swee Caves Temple
I came here twice, and this place is still nice.
Those statues impressed me a lot....

The nine-color dragons welcome us~

The Pagoda. I didn’t visit the temple as I’m not really with it.

Sky Terrance (Tian-Tan) for leisure walk and the mountain view

Large statues of Buddha and Kuan-Yin

Also with the statue of late Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong.

Write your hopes and dreams on the wooden tag and hang onto the wishing rack at Fulin Pavillion. (Fu-Lin-Ge)

I like this!!

The statues of 8 xian “the Eight Deities”
Feel nice to be surrounded by them. Haha!

You must visit this
the Journey to Enlightenment
You can see the depiction of ten Chambers of Hell.

I’m terrified, after watching from the first chamber to the last chamber.

I don’t wanna be sent to helllll~
I don't wanna be a chicken or snail
I wanna be sent for rebirth as a human being again...

so I help to carry the peach! :) see we all are happy
There are also 18 Lohans, statues of Sun Mm Hong, his sifu and buddies

the Mother Goddess (Huang-mu-niang-niang) and Seven Fairies

and Fok-Lok-Sau..! wHee :)

The next time you go to Genting Highlands, come here to pray before you enter casino....hahaha!

I think...it can bless you to win a lot! $$$$
