Today's Special - Sauce + Chicken

Today’s menu is about sauce and chicken
My group was doing plenty of dishes

Veloute sauce
Tomato sauce
Poached chicken breast with tarragon sauce
William potatoes
Ratatouille

Okay..
Veloute sauce is made by chicken stock and white roux..
It’s sour

I’m sure you know what is tomato sauce..
but not the type in the bottle lar..
This is really naturally cooked by fresh tomatoes

Then I love William potatoes…it is in pear-shaped like..so cute~
And the ratatouille is err-herm…not my favourite...all vege
