A floating hand chiselling a rock?!
This is Batu Pahat
It’s my first time to visit Batu Pahat, again!
Batu Pahat town is quite busy. Once we reached Batu Pahat, we went to eat wantan mee. At first I don’t know why must I try the Johor style wantan mee and what’s the different? ahhh…then I know! wantan mee here is without dark soy sauce and it’s mixed with chili sauce. Not bad!
Then we headed to Kluang for UK Farm. I’ll tell you more about UK Farm in the next post. UK farm is really very fun!!
We leave UK Farm by the evening, and from there we move on to a small village by the sea, Pantai Minyak Beku, Segenting.
There are plenty of temples. The one which attract me a lot is this Palace of Sea Dragon! I guess the villagers here want to pray to the dragon king for safety at sea.
The famous attraction of this small village is there is one thing that can bring fortune!
What’s that?
Nah…that’s it!
This is the small one, there’s two giant arapaima fish above in a man-made pool. I was told that tourists purposely come here to touch the two giant arapaima fish for good luck and win win win when buy numbers!
This is the Lover’s Bridge. But I was told that if the couples walk on this bridge from the head till the end, their relationship will no longer lasting and break up! Huh…I wonder how it got the name~ I walked till the end, and luckily he is somewhere else…
All the things above sound nice and interesting, right?
No no no~ The best thing of Batu Pahat is the fried Nian-Gao (kuih bakul aka rice-cake)!! It’s truly crispy and tasty~ I love it very very very muchiiiiieee!
Ha ha ha ha!
After this very enjoyable trip, I gain much weight!!! NOW I AM VERY FAT!!!!!grrrrrr...:(
