Melaka City

I always want to visit Melaka, one of the UNESCO World Heritage City lists. Everyone knows this is a historical city with many old buildings and legendary stories. The first thing I know about Melaka is the arrival of Parameswara. Remember the story about him? I still remember the story about he witnessed how a kancil kicked a dog into the river while he was resting under a tree named Melaka, and then Parameswara decided to name this place as Melaka as his kingdom!! Ahaha..history seem bored to you..okay!

In Melaka City, we stayed in Mimosa hotel. It located in the town and within walking distance to many famous historical landmarks. Price was reasonable, room was bigger than we expected, we enjoyed our stay...chatting and bullying others and all, was quite fun doing such activities in the hotel room...

We visited the red Christ Church, the Stadthuys beside Christ Church, Porta de Santiago aka A’ Famosa, St. Paul’s Church, Dutch Cemetery, Melaka Sultanate Palace, Cheng Ho Cultural Museum, Proclamation of Independence Memorial, Maritime Museum etc etc..
