What can we do with 350,000 sweets

T.G.I.F! Thank God It’s Friday~~~~

Friday, Friday, Friday
I sleep until sun rise to the mid of the sky
I do nothing besides eat and enjoy my TV time!

This previous Friday night, I followed my friend to Program Citra 1 Malaysia UMT. People from Baratham Club (A club organized by all Indians) tried to break Malaysia record by using 350,000 sweets to arrange a very very big 1 Malaysia logo...erm...18m x15m ? I forgot...In the end, they success and this great project is now recorded in the Malaysia Book of Records.

Seeee..very nice and neat right?

They also did kolam (not the pool, it is an Indian culture art drawn using rice powder) at the entrance, with peacock, tanglung, wau and congkak representing Indians, Chinese, and Malays! Concept 1 Malaysia ma…

I was touched in the beginning when everyone in the hall is cheering and clapping their hands for the great success which help to bring out the name of UMT. But later then, I wonder, can this big logo really help to realize the true meaning of 1 Malaysia? Do the real “Unity and Harmony” exist in our country?

When I was a kid, I celebrated every success Malaysia achieved. I was proud to be a Malaysian. I believe that we Malays, Chinese, Indians and the rest of the races can live together...peacefully. We speak the same language, we eat foods from different ethnics, we share the glory and wealth of the country...This is my culture, this is my home!

But this belief seems like becoming weaker and lesser when I grown up.
The condition of my home is going down. I feel unsafe, I feel unfair...
Not to talk much about how I feel to it. I just hope that the country back to its peace path and has a brighter future.

1 Malaysia? Well, let’s try to make it real!

Songs for share @ If I Die Young by The Band Perry

I love this song!

I start to think...what I want for my funeral.

If I die young, how would my mom feel if she ever had to bury me...
how would my bros feel if they ever had to send me away with my cold body

then I started to cry! :(

Life for share @ Dreamer

I’m sooooooooooo free now. Yea...soooooooooooooo free! been doing nothing since I wake at 5am until now. So I’ll share something with you here...after this, I will back to my bed, play on my mp3 player, sleep and have a nice dream...Dont shake your head. What? Nothing to do wuttt!

I had a dream just now.

I saw a girl wearing a red dress and high heels. She's standing on the highway, suddenly she run. She's running through the deep forest. She's sprinting through the trees. She doesn't know where to go. She's running to become free, never turn back. The girl's keep running...

That girl is me...

I always wonder what are dreams made of. Is it just a normal series of mental images and emotions occurring during we sleep? Is it just the mind imaginary things or there is actually a story behind the dream? I don’t really know. Sometimes it seems so real, I see it, I hear it, I smell it, I feel it, and I taste it! (when eat in my dream)

I have many crazy wild fantasy dreams...like how I fight and battle with SunMmHong from my backyard to the Pyramid of Egypt, like how I travel in a heavenly place but end up with winning mahjong to rescue my partners, like how I ski along the school corridors without any snow, like how I was attacked by zombies until a HUGE dog named BABII-dog rescued me from them, like how I accidentally murdered my friend, stopping others to investigate the real story behind but helped her to go to the place she belongs after death. Haha..I m a great dream-maker!

I dreamt that I was dead when I was a kid, around 9 years old... We used to wait for my dad to close the shop then go for dinner together during weekends. My bros were talking to mom on the wooden bench made by my grandpa, while I was cycling in the garden, just as usual. Suddenly there’s a hand from the ground grabbed my leg and pulled me down. I was struggling to get out but I couldn’t. I struggled until I died, with eyes open. I saw mom and bros still talking happily on the bench, nobody notice my death, nobody knows, no one cares. This is my first dream about death.

There was another dream about my death. I was dead and turned into a ghost, not a bad one, but just a new ghost, powerless and invisible to everyone. I don’t know how I was murdered. Again, nobody knows about my death, I need help!! I screamed, but no voice came out from my throat. I make things drop, I broke all the windows and doors, just want to get attention from somebody to help me...but no one can hear me and see me!! When I awake, I cried.

You know what? It’s heartbroken when being ignored by family and friends...so sad!!

Once I had a repeated dream, when I was fifteen. I couldn’t sleep well for few nights because of this. This is the worst and the scariest dream I ever had. We all were in ancient costumes. I was chased by many people behind me, like all the residents. Something was wrong. They were holding knifes, hoes, and fire torches. They were scolding me that I’m an unprosperous person, cursing me to die. I ran so frightened, until I was standing in front of a temple. It was on fire!! I have no way to go anymore. I turned back and looked at the people chasing me behind. I can only see anger from all their faces, I can only hear “YOU MUST DIE, YOU BRING BADLUCK”. I was panic, afraid, and I was despaired and hopeless. I don’t know what happened, it’s not my fault, I was not a “shueh” person. Suddenly, there’s a flashback of memories, I saw pictures and news titles flashing before my eyes, everything was spinning, like thunder striking and pictures keep flashing till I awake from it...Horror!

The same dream repeated on the second night, until I awake, I forced myself to sleep back and trying to continue that dream. I wanted to know what happened. Then on the third night, I dreamt the same dream in my dream. It means I dreamt that I was chased by people and the same things go on. Then I fell unconscious. The unconscious me dreamt that I was chased by people and about the flashing pictures again. Just keep dreaming deeper like never reach the end, till I awake from it... Is this dream trying to warn me or telling me something? Is this about my previous life? I hope it’s not. I don’t want to be “shueh”. Scary or not? I think, maybe mysterious is a better word to describe it.

Then, I always dreamt about a very big modern-designed mansion, with French windows all over the house, spotlights illuminating the swimming pool and equipped with all those high tech luxurious stuffs. It’s like I “visited” this same mansion a few times in my dreams, waiting for a man to come home. Yes, I know he’s my man, but I couldn’t see his face. My dreams always end up with a ........ , without an ending. I wonder will I see this mansion in the real life. Or maybe it’s my future house? And the man is my Mr.Right? haha ;D

Then I must be very rich in the future! Wooohooo~

I dream so much. I dream a lot.
For both the sleeping me and the waken me.
I have always been a dreamer.
The sleeping dreamer can do anything she wants to do, no responsibility, no consequences...but the waken dreamer is never really takes courage to turn her dream into a reality, because she is afraid of failure.

Dreams come true? It’s not an easy thing.

Eat, walk, Eat, shop, Eat

I went outing with my ex-roommate for two continuous days. As usual, we went out to eat, shop, eat, talk, eat, walk, eat, drink, eat, play, eat, eat, and eat. That’s all!

Pulau Warisan is a new place to visit in Kuala Terengganu. It located behind China Town, opposite Pulau Duyong and facing the sea, with bridges, lights, walking paths, and playgrounds.

The night view with lights!

The morning view with bright sky
(I’m lucky enough to get this fading effect...don’t know how I get this! Hahaha)

When there is an event (It was SuaRasa TV9 on the day we passed by), you will see traffic jam and people sardine each other there. You can also pay Rm5 to have a ride in the river cruise.

She had a problem with her car. So we sent the car to the repair workshop. It took 3 hours to be fixed. We are good students who do not want to waste a single minute. So, we bring along our books there, study while waiting, and enjoy this cool fan.

This fan is generated by car battery!

All these things combine together makes a COOL activity right? Haha!

Not much photos of food I took. I was lazyyyyyy~ Just a simple summary of food we ate.

We had the famous small bun “Xiao-Mian-Bao” in China Town. Spread the bun with butter and kaya, UHMMM Eat it up! Somehow, I don’t like it. I dislike kaya very much, and I hate bread and bun!!

Mydin delicious Popcorn is unexpectedly delicious.
McD’s latest Black Pepper Spicy McChicken Burger is not my favourite.
McD iced Milo is RM4.85 which is more expensive than McD McChicken burger RM4.25. WTF~~ I’LL NEVER EVER ORDER ICED MILO FROM MCD!! BOYCOTT IT!
The Talk Café (TTC) Taiwan-style ABC cost RM4.50 only is a good try!

And this is my new toy. Pensonic Hairdryer.

What so special leh?

Haha, let me show you!

NOTHING special, except for the foldable holder!

Okay stop here! Gonna play with my new toy and blow my fringe!! And 10 lecture notes of research methods are waiting for me to "play" with them.

What a suitable time to get infected

I got an eyelash infection once again after the last time during June. It took me 2 months to heal!!! So, guess how long I will be suffered from this stupid infection for this time? I hope it’s only 1 week, the most!

What a suitable time to get infected...in the month of tests! I got to read lecture notes, got to view slides, got to search for FYP idea and related sources......It’s not the matter of time, but all I need is a pair of healthy eyes...and I have to “enjoy” eyelash infection...GREAT!!

My right eye was swollen, hurts so bad...I hardly blink my eyes...
My head hurts too, I couldn’t concentrate on doing things...
I couldn’t stay up late...need to rest my eyes to get well as soon as possible...
This coming days will be hell!!!!!

I just love the library with nobody but only me <3

Had a "break" with Melaka

Feel so bored reading lecture notes about Sensory Evaluation. Suddenly feel like wanna eat laksa. Oh, I wanna eat Nyonya Asam Laksa of Melaka!!

Let's take a break...........

I went to Melaka last month. To get some food I did not have the chance to eat and visit places I did not have time to visit during the last time I went there. Click here to see my previous visit to Melaka. Haha...had lot of fun with my best ever friends!

Okay let’s talk about the visiting part first!

To keep an empty stomach before a large food intake, there’s a good thing we suppose to do, which is burn calories! BURN BURN BURN! (haha, this makes me think of Handelababy..;P )

Went to Butterfly farm, to see how butterflies eat pineapples fly in the sea of flowers.

I wonder why there’s CROCODILES in the butterfly farm. CROCODILES crawl, they don’t fly isn’t it?

Also went to Giant B Bee Farm to see honeybees’ hives and try varieties of honey drinks

Next to the bee farm is Taman Mini Malaysia and Mini Asean, where you can see traditional Malay house of each states in the country.

This is mine.

Mini Asean was still under-renovate. But I walked in also, with another two women, seeing those Thai house and Philippines house were destroyed. Badly collapsed.

Melaka Zoo is boring me. I will only rate 3 out of 10. The zoo is kind of dirty, shed by trees making the zoo dark, and the animals were like simply put in a zone...don’t know la. I just don’t like it.

See, the Asian Elephant is so dirty. I thought it should be grey, but it’s in muddy color. Or am I wrong?

So I sincerely filled in the suggestion form, hoping for improvements of Melaka Zoo.

Walked for 4 hours, physical activities boosted up so much and calories burnt for sure. Hungry hungry! My stomach is 100% ready for foods now!

So I headed to Jonker88 which I anticipate about it very much. It was closed during the last time I went. Lalalalala, The Nyonya Asam Laksa and Baba Rendang Chicken Noodle were mind-blowing!!!!

Aiya....I hate my hair-style!!

Ils sont superbe délicieux. This French sentence means “They are superb delicious”. These two are probably the best food I had during this trip. It is extremely good!

Baba Durian Chendol and Mango Ice-Kacang also very nice!!!! There are 2 possible reasons for these delicious food, either they are really delicious or maybe I was too hungry!

Went for Hoe-Kee chicken rice ball this time.

Still a little bit bloody!! Er-hem...food safety problem!

Mmm...I couldn’t taste the different, ok-ok. Also went to Famosa Chicken rice ball, not for the food, but the emperor hall, dynasty costume and the historic building. Those MyFM DJs shoot their music video of CNY here!

Went for Nadeje’s Mille crepe. It’s actually layered pancake. Not bad, good choice for hi-tea, but kinda expensive. Below are the butter and chocolate flavor one.

After so much of eating, I’m so full. To get enough stomach spaces for dinner, what can we do? What did I tell you just now? Yes, BURN BURN BURN calories!! So, walk by Christ Church

then climb up the hill for St Paul’s Church and full view of Melaka city

then walk down to the ground to take a picture with A Famosa. If you think that’s not enough, do some shopping in the malls.
Then go to Jonker Street for a walk and had some snacks.

My last meal before leaving Melaka was satay celup from Capitol again. Still nice to eat, but I swear I don’t wanna eat it again for coming one year!! I just feel bored with it already, but it is definitely a good try for everyone.

I guess, this trip was more to a food trip right? Hehehe! :D

I don’t know how much calories and weight I had gained on that day. Definitely a lot and that’s the reason why I am so fat right now. Hehe :)

Okay, time to back to the notes! Fighting achhhaaaa~~~~ q^o^p
