D-Paradise Malaysia Tropical Fruit World and Aboriginal Native Village

D-Paradise Malaysia Tropical Fruit World and Aboriginal Native Village was the first destination of our Melaka trip. It located at Lubok China of Melaka, very far away from the city...quoted ‘the World’s largest collections of tropical, landscaped garden full of fun, adventure and discovery’. What? Why were we there? Oh...thanks to the suggestion of Alvis and the special offer from his patient. I’m a 50% nature-lover...I’m really looking forward to this visit~

We lost again when heading to this place, LAME!!! Ok, we were welcomed by fruits and welcome drink.
Juicy..want to eat all at the same time!

After that, we started to discover this so-called the world’s largest tropical fruits farm in a buggy. We had a great driver who makes the track becomes more adventurous and very exciting!! Wooohoo..feel like riding in a roller coaster~

We visited the monkey cup sanctuary, cactus farm, and see large variety types of tropical fruit trees and plants. According to the guide, that's the world's largest collection of cactus and monkey cup pitchers. I dont know is that real....but i had fun with them..thanks to my great imagination and creativity!

monkey cups like roses

cactus like super large microphone head
the only white water lily in the pond

Durian farm is my favourite one due to some lame jokes I had made. Erhem...durian is not encouraged to be plucked!! The fruit usually will drop by itself at night. Here comes a question : why it drops at night but not in the morning?

durian durian du-ri-an
158cm+ 15cm on tiptoe, can't reach pulak...
There is one magical fruit in the farm. It is red in color, tastes sweet and juicy. After you eat this magical fruit, within an hour, any sour fruits like lemons and oranges you eat will taste sweet...UNBELIEVABLE! The guy gave some to us to try. You know what...the lemon tastes like super sweet lemon juice!!!wow..magic~~

the magical fruit

very fleshy juicy tasty...suuu-itt sweet

the lemon freshly plucked from lemon tree

I finished the lemon without frown..yummy! it's magic~

Another attraction of the park is the world’s largest land crab here. Deng deng deng deng!!! Ladies and gentlemen, proudly introduce to you, the ROBBER CRAB!! Da-lah..They are gifts from Christmas Island, Australia. They crack coconuts...and they are really BIG!! In the park, many animals are available too. We drove our buggy into the deer park and ostrich farm and fed them as we watch them, touch them..thanks to the worker who let us to feed the animals for free..normally it charged RM2 per feed.

the ROBBER crab

hehe..he look cute when chewing the leaves
There’s an actual living Aboriginal native village. I think we were late, therefore we missed the chance to learn jungle survive skills like blow-piping and make handicrafts. When we visited the village, it was empty with nobody nobody but us! We only watched the cultural show performance and dance with them. Haha...I know I dance like a zombie! Yeah!!

enjoyed exploring the village, like the bamboo bridge. It makes me think of the last time I built camp gadgets with bamboos~ and I love the painting on the walls, each house has different painting..

This is really a nice place where you can get closer to the nature... touch, pick and taste the fruits, feel the fresh air, see the blue sky and nice scenery, discover native cultures, gain new experience...!! woohoo.. I’m now a 51% nature-lover!! =P
