Why I like lemon water?
Number one, lemon helps detox to help me throw out something every morning.
Number two, its refreshing taste makes me drink 2 liters of water. Lemon juice just simply tastes perfectly good!!
Number three, heard that it helps weight loss and whitening skin! (maybe)
After a month I’m into this practice, constipation problem is getting better, and I really drink plenty of water.
But my weight is still the same. Don’t laugh, at least maintain right?!
So I seek for another ways for weight loss. Then I found this.
It reported as a very successful weight reduced diet. It names Lemon Detox Diet aka the Master Cleanse, which also allows the body to cleanse toxins and helps to lose weight. This diet was strongly promoted by the sexy diva Beyonce. She lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks!!!!!!! * wu-nya-boh? *
The main ingredient is lemon juice, maple syrup, and paprika. Mix all together with water and drink it! Urghh…the most important reminder is no solid food for at least 7 days! It is very tough larr just like fasting…must have a very strong mental power to do this! Okay, maybe I will try this after the vacation, after Hari raya, after semester break….(hehe, it’s like never ending)
I think I better stick to the simple lemon juice diet first!
Very cheap investment only, all you need is a lemon and some water. Take some time to cut and squeeze the lemon. Then you have a refreshing drink with plenty benefits!!
