Blame it to 'Winter Sonata'
You know what, when “Winter Sonata” came in to Malaysia, everybody was so crazy for Korean drama to sit in front of the TV at 6pm sharp in every weekday. My mom was one of them!! She likes Bae Yong Jun. I can’t remember the theme song title of that drama (is it beginning to end?), but I really hate it, no matter in what version or what language, I just don’t like it!!
I don’t get why peoples are so into K-pop?! a.k.a. Korean popular music.
I cannot understand and know their feeling, not until my younger cousin sister Waiyin got me into K-pop.
She know a lot of Korean entertainment. She told me about the super hit song Sorry Sorry by Super Junior. It was seriously popular in that year as many variety shows artists mimic their dance. She told me many about them, their shows, dances, songs...So I searched and Youtube!! (my favourite channel)
After watching their videos and listening to a couple of songs, I totally fell in love with them. The music videos and their dance moves are awesome!! Although I don’t understand the language and what their songs are about, but the beat, yea yea the “power” of the beat just keeps me listening. (nod nod head and shake shake body). The variety shows reveal their true personalities and making me love them to the max!

I started my obsession with Super Junior.
And now I am with B to the I to the G, B to the ANG! BIGBANG!
This one is another amazing group. Hiphop, electronic and RnB never get me bored. Their style, their hair, clothes, the way they perform, dance and sing...ohhhh...prefect!!
Tonight is their new debut. Let's see their live performance!
From Super Junior to BigBang, Youtube lead me to other nice songs of other groups like 2NE1, CNBlue, SHINee, 2PM, SNSD, f(x)...of course also solo like BoA and Se7en. But I prefer groups cause can see many different faces at the same time and each of them have their own unique (I'm greedy).
Alright, I know you will say that the Korean artists are just too cute and over pretty. Hey, who ask you to look at their face? Yes they are good looking, they are talented also! They can sing LIVE, they can dance, they can rap, they can compose and even acting!
From pop to rock, from RnB to ballads, from electronic to hiphop and dance~
K-Pop is addictive! K-pop is so catching, fresh and full of surprises.
Don’t ask me about Mandarin or Cantonese songs, cause I’m not with it anymore~ cause K-pop is far better than Mandarin songs...except for MayDay and Sodagreen! =)
I never thought I will be ended up being a K-pop lover!
I want to influence more people like how my cousin brought me into k-pop. Hehe...so that when I want to share and mention about how much I was obsessed with and love K-pop during lecture class (always when I'm sleepy and bored to the max), there will be another 'ba-bo' k-pop fans come out and we start crazy over it. hahahahaha =P
So, lets see what happens.
