with love, comes hostility

I love my country, my family, my friends
I love the delicious food, the diversity of cultures, the lush green forests
I love summer all year long in this tropical land
I love to feel safe and proud

I remember the day I cried when I sang the national anthem, like many years ago when I was young-and-warm-blooded
I loved my country too much because he has made me who I am

but not anymore...
with love, comes hostility
the cracks are there, seperating the people and destroying the unity of nation

where's the freedom of speech and of expression?
where's the justice and right?
where's the racial equality?
where's the very principles of democracy?
where are we?
who are we?

And why we should oppose this rally with thousands of people from different background but with only one mission which calls for fair election practices?
